Ramón Andrade has nearly three decades of experience as an internationally recognized business attorney, finance executive, investor, and entrepreneur. He holds a TRIUM Global Executive MBA, jointly awarded by NYU Stern, the London School of Economics, and HEC Paris—one of the world’s leading executive MBA programs.
Throughout his career, Ramón has built and scaled several 8-figure businesses in law, technology, and investments. As a partner at a global law firm and the founder of his own legal practice, he has advised some of the world’s leading companies in technology, oil and gas, mining, financial services, and media and entertainment—guiding them through complex cross-border investments, operations, and exits.
For five years, he led the Restructuring Division of Latin America’s most prominent development bank, overseeing the restructuring of loans, project financings, and capital investments exceeding $400 million across a dozen countries, including Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, Peru, and Spain. His ability to combine legal expertise with business strategy has garnered him consistent recognition from esteemed industry rankings such as Chambers and Legal 500.
As a Venture Partner at R3I Frontier Fund, Ramón accelerates cross-border investments in deep tech, climate, water, and healthcare across Latin America and Europe. He serves as a trusted advisor and board member, supporting companies that are reshaping industries and creating a lasting impact.
Driven by his passion for empowering lawyers, Ramón founded the Attorney Acceleration Institute to educate high-achieving legal professionals in the business, leadership, and entrepreneurial skills that contributed to his success.
